At Dianna Martin Group, we are committed to your satisfaction. For most products, we offer a 30-day refund policy. However, RoMa Candles operate within a sealed emotional system. Their return eligibility is governed not only by physical condition but by ritual integrity and signal fidelity.

All RoMa returns are subject to emotional inspection, not just physical review. Dianna Martin Group will liaise with RoMa’s archive team to confirm ritual integrity before processing.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

- RoMa Candles with broken seals or activated scrolls

🔄 Exchanges
- Request within 14 days of receipt
- Subject to stock availability
- RoMa items are not eligible for exchange once activated

- Return shipping costs borne by customer
- Use trackable service—Dianna Martin Group is not liable for lost returns
🚚 UK Return Shipping

- Prepaid label provided upon approval

💔 Damaged Items

⏳ Late Returns
- May be accepted at our discretion

- RoMa late returns require Rocky’s override signal—absence of signal confirms rejection
